In regards to your post, as a 'grunt' the pvp I am getting involved with has been the best of my eve career to date. Maybe because we are starting to get the upper hand or because I don't lag unless the node dies? I Don't know, but either way - its damn awesome.
As for our intentions, I believe its been posted multiple times - to remove a possible security risk and fortify the outskirts of our region. That and I still think Scooter's ****ed about his command loss to a blue pilot ;) either way, we are there to take that system and that outpost and I can guarantee we arent gna budge until we have it.
Keep bringing the fights, its awesome fun between pos-shooting, breaks the boredom :)

As for legion of x death? For the initial first few days and start of the MJ-5 campaign and original defence of said system I don't remember seeing any of your guys there. You've been around and about poaching 'easy' kills along the pipe I know that.
And with all the - GF's in here its a damn shame to see such 'smack talk' from an alliance that was barely even involved in the conflict as a whole spouting their mouth off at 'we won, we won' - look at the bigger picture, if you were part of the MAD Pact, you lost. Smashkill, Atlas and friends, now own the station. (Not intending to rub it in, but merely pointing this out to our, friend here... ).
All in all, I couldnt make it to the last few days but I heard it was some pretty damn intense fighting, the fights I was involved in were damn intense. GF to all, an lets hope it continues - big gratz for bringing the numbers too.

We are not supporting MAD, we have a simple goal - kill as many of smashkill as we can.
Therefore you ARE indirectly supporting MAD. Like it or not - you were on their side.
And i didn't see any smacktalk, tbh.

Well, if you consider phrase "we won" as offensive... 
Hardly offensive, merely mis-informed. I can almost guarantee if you killed people in mj-5 that every single Killmail you 'gained' had a good number of other alliance members on it also. If you had single handledly, as an alliance gained such statistics, than bravo - however I doubt you did.

As a footnote to xxdeath, you need to take a lesson from intrepid crossing. The xxdeath guys bailed early on in the fight, we checked and right after the fight there was 20 xxdeath in z-e who had, well ordered a strategic retreat for just their own guys. I bet you got a real nice KDR thou :)
Quite true indeed - Had the xXDeathXx guys stuck around ( they had around 10 bs and similar support numbers if not +/- 5 or so from reports ), then the fight would have been pretty damn butt-clenching tense fun. Instead it was a bit of a walkover (at least from my perspective - I don't mean to play you guys down, but you were systematically picked off, bubbled and killed )... is a shame, 15minutes later xXdeathXx were found hugging a POS a few systems over and when our fleet moved in on said POS, they all logged off.. go figure ! :)
